Open Gyms

Cape Hoops hosts regular Open Gym opportunities for players of all ages to play basketball at the CEHS gym.
General waiver required for all Open Gyms can be found here.

3 v 3 Tournaments
Next Date: TBA Summer 2026
Cape Hoops hosts 3v3 tournaments year-round for rising grades 4-12. The events will take place in the CEHS gym. Cape Hoops will organize teams based on grade brackets.
